RankPilot · AI SEO intelligence and growth operating system

Know what changed in your search traffic, why, and what to do next

RankPilot detects changes in Search Console data, investigates the causes with evidence, ranks the work by expected gain, and checks the result after you ship.

A free plan is available. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial.

How it works

The same five steps run every week, so every recommendation can be checked later.

  1. 01

    Detect

Change points and anomalies are found in your Search Console data. Days Google may still revise are marked provisional.

  2. 02

    Investigate

The change is split into impressions, position, click-through and query mix. Each candidate cause is tested against evidence.

  3. 03

    Prioritize

Work is ranked by expected gain times confidence, divided by effort. Gains are ranges, never single numbers.

  4. 04

    Execute

Each action becomes a task for you or your team. RankPilot does not change your site.

  5. 05

    Verify

The result is read at 7, 14 and 28 days and compared with what was predicted. Misses stay in the record.

An investigation, on sample data

Each card is one candidate cause. Flip it to see the alternative explanation that was tested against it.

What is in the product

Each of these is built and in use. Each page lists what the feature reads and what it does not claim.

  • Investigations with evidence

Every finding shows its evidence, the alternative explanation that was tested, and a confidence tier from possible to confirmed.

  • Revenue and AdSense intelligence

Tie income to the pages and queries that earn it. Page-level revenue appears only where the source provides page-level data.

  • Content Studio

Find queries where a page almost answers the question, group content by topic, and prepare a writer brief from your own data.

  • AI Visibility

Three sources, kept apart: AI assistant referrals from Google Analytics, Google AI data from a Search Console import, and sampled prompts. They are never added together.

  • Action Center

A ranked queue of work with the expected gain as a range. After a task ships, the impact is checked at 7, 14 and 28 days.

  • Portfolio view

Every property side by side, so the ones that moved stand out. Share reports with clients under your own branding where the plan allows it.

Trust and data handling

This list names only controls that exist today. We hold no security certification, so we do not claim one.

  • Read-only Google access

Sign-in asks for read-only Search Console access. Google Analytics is read-only too. Anything else is requested only when you connect a feature that needs it.

    Read the privacy policy
  • Tokens are encrypted

Google tokens are sealed with data keys wrapped by a master key kept outside the database. A database dump alone does not expose them.

  • Export and delete

Export your data and delete your account from account settings. A deleted account can be restored for 30 days, then its data is purged.

  • Separate workspaces

Row-level security keeps each workspace apart, and a test fails if a new table lacks it.

  • Contracts and sub-processors

A data processing agreement and the list of companies that process data for us are published.

The status page shows whether the service is running and says so when it cannot tell.

Questions

Does RankPilot change my website?

No. Actions become tasks that you or your team carry out. Google access is read-only.

What access does it need?

Read-only access to Search Console when you sign in. Google Analytics, AdSense, Merchant Center and export destinations each ask for their own permission, and only when you connect them.

How are gains estimated?

As ranges with a confidence label. The estimate model is checked against past data, and each task is measured again at 7, 14 and 28 days. We do not promise results.

Do you show search volume?

Only when a connected source provides it. Where it does not, the field is empty. We do not estimate volume ourselves.

How does AI Visibility work?

It reads three sources and keeps them separate: visits from AI assistants in Google Analytics, Google AI data imported from Search Console, and prompts we sample. There is no combined score. The Google AI source is limited to the Agency plan.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Paid plans start at USD 15 a month for Starter, with a 14-day trial. Every limit is listed on the pricing page.

Can I leave and take my data?

Yes. You can export your data and delete your account from account settings. You can also disconnect Google at any time.
